Marnong Estate Old Tarts’ Pasta Sauce


A nod to the legendary Neapolitan Puttanesca sauce, a quick and filling snack the working girls could scoff throughout their busy days. Our version has loads of kalamata olives, capers, chilli and Italian parsley – although we’ve left out the anchovies for fussy eaters. The Old Tarts’ Pasta Sauce has enough flavour to hold it’s own with any any cooked pasta and it loves hanging out with pizza, pasta and hearty braises.
